Yes, usually at least 2 to 3 nights. During peak holiday weeks the minimum stay can be longer. The booking form shows what is possible.
It depends on the rate. When booking, you can choose the flexible rate where it is available: you can then cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The flexible rate is not available for every date. The standard rate cannot be cancelled. We also recommend travel insurance. If you have questions, call us on +41 27 957 39 96.
Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out is by 10 am. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, please contact us in advance.
In Saas-Fee (Haus Alfa and Haus Slalom) you park in the multi-storey car park at the village entrance, because Saas-Fee is car-free. In Saas-Grund (Haus Astoria, Haus City, Haus Pickelschmiede) and in Saas-Almagell (Villa Alpenhof) a free parking space at the house is available for you.
